How can I contact the event organiser?

You can find the organiser’s contact details in:

  • Your booking confirmation email (footer section)
  • The event listing page on which you booked your tickets

For any questions about the event or your booking, please contact the organiser directly.

How do I buy tickets to an event?

Organisers promote their events independently. You may find ticket links on their website, social media, email newsletters, or other marketing channels. Follow the link to book directly.

I’ve lost my tickets. Can I get them resent?

If you can’t find your ticket email:

  1. Search your inbox for the confirmation email from Booking Momentum.
  2. If it's still missing, contact the event organiser via their event page or using the details in your booking confirmation.

Can I change my order or ticket details?

Any changes (like switching names or updating attendee details) are handled at the organiser’s discretion. Please contact them directly using the information in your confirmation email or the event listing page.

How do I request a refund?

Refund policies are set by the organiser. To request a refund, contact them directly using the information in your booking email or on the event page. Please note that Booking Momentum does not process refunds on behalf of organisers.

What if I haven’t heard back from the organiser?

If you’ve reached out and haven’t received a reply:

  • Allow a few working days for a response, especially during busy periods.
  • If you still don’t hear back, you can report the issue to us at [email protected]. While we can’t intervene directly, we will investigate serious concerns.

How can I report a suspicious or fraudulent event?

Our Role as a Platform

Booking Momentum is a self-service ticketing platform. When you buy a ticket, your agreement is directly with the event organiser, not Booking Momentum. We don’t manage event content, ticket fulfilment, or policies.
